


I guess search history *does* say "of all this information, here's the stuff that's *important* "so there's that. It seems a little like calling an unlocked door handle a privacy violation as it hints to the method to gain entrance to a room, exposing its contents.Įxcept in the case of Evernote by the time you can see the search (doorknob) the door is already open and you're already staring at the first page of "room contents". The forced search-history (and therefore lack of privacy) makes the new version unusable for me.ĭon't mean to be overly obvious but isn't the data itself (regardless of living in v4 or v5) just as unprivate as the search history?
